About Us
Little’s is a bold, disruptive coffee brand shaking up the UK’s coffee scene. We’re here to put an end to ordinary coffee, offering unique flavours and a brand that’s as vibrant as our community.
With distribution ranging from major UK supermarkets, independent retailers, D2C and export markets around the world, and following our strongest period of growth to date - we are looking for a Field Sales Executive to support our continued growth.
The Role
This role is all about growing Little’s independent retail channel – building distribution, visibility and sales across the UK in farm shops, garden centres and food halls. You’ll be the face of Little’s within this channel, representing the brand with energy and pride in every store, every meeting and every event. No two days look the same, and the more you put in, the more you’ll get out.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and win new business, securing new listings and expanding shelf presence for Little’s products.
• Improve how Little’s shows up with existing customers – ensuring the right stock, the right range and full availability on shelf.
• Get more people tasting Little’s through in-store sampling activity.
• Represent Little's at sampling events and trade shows – introducing new customers to the brand and bringing it to life, including the occasional weekend.
• Deploy POS, and encouraging secondary space to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain and develop existing accounts through regular visits, driving repeat orders and account growth.
• Maintain accurate account records and reporting.
• Build and grow relationships with independent retail accounts across your territory.
• Plan and manage an efficient territory and journey plan covering the full UK.
• Gather and share market and competitor insights with the wider commercial team.
About You
• Centrally based and happy to travel extensively across the UK – 4 days per week on the road, 1 day per week admin.
• Previous experience in field sales, territory sales or FMCG/retail sales is great, but drive and personality matter just as much.
• A confident, personable communicator who builds relationships quickly and easily.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own diary and territory independently.
• Entrepreneurial and resilient, energised by the challenge of growing a fast-moving challenger brand.
• Flexible and willing to work weekends to attend tasting events and trade shows – the times when the brand really comes to life.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
