The role
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, creatively driven Senior Brand Manager who can think strategically but execute brilliantly. You’ll lead brand strategy across grocery and DTC, own major campaign launches, elevate our packaging and shelf presence, and be the internal brand guardian. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership and impact.
What you'll own:
Brand Strategy & Growth
Shape and lead the 1–3 year brand strategy
Define clear positioning and brand messaging guidelines
Build our annual brand plans aligned to revenue growth targets
Drive awareness, penetration and repeat purchase
Identify opportunities to unlock new distribution or visibility
Campaigns That Have Commercial Impact
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR and retail media
Ensure brand and performance activity work together seamlessly
Own briefing and management of creative and media partners
Measure effectiveness rigorously and optimise for ROI
Retail & Shopper Marketing Leadership
Partner closely with Sales to build compelling retailer activation plans
Develop standout sell-in decks and retailer launch toolkits
Lead seasonal and promotional activation strategy
Drive best-in-class in-store visibility (POS, secondary siting, retailer media)
Ensure flawless execution across major UK grocery accounts
Packaging & Brand World
Lead packaging evolution and refresh projects
Own artwork development and print management process
Ensure strong shelf standout and clear communication of proposition
Balance creativity with regulatory and retailer requirements
Maintain consistency across retail and DTC formats
DTC & Consumer Experience
Collaborate with performance marketing to align brand and acquisition strategy
Optimise brand presence across website, email and paid channels
Strengthen retention and brand storytelling
Ensure consistency across retail and DTC environments
Commercial & Budget Ownership
Own and manage the brand budget
Track ROI and optimise spend allocation
Contribute to pricing and promotional strategy
Drive profitable growth, not just top-line sales

You’ll need to work confidently with senior stakeholders, including our founder.
This role is for you if you…
6–9+ years in FMCG brand roles (challenger brand experience preferred)
Strong UK grocery experience
Proven track record in retail activation and packaging development
Commercially minded and confident with data
Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Strong stakeholder management skills
Happy to roll up your sleeves
Most importantly: you want to build something meaningful and grow with it
💸 Salary: up to £60k DOE
🏡 Logistics: Vauxhall office - 2 days a week on site
