Growth Operations Manager - B2B Marketplace

Our client is a fast-growing B2B, combining expert-led services with technology, they support businesses as they scale - helping them navigate change, complexity, and growth with confidence.
They partner with some of the UK’s most exciting scaleups and high-growth businesses and are now entering the next phase of growth. This role plays a critical part in strengthening and scaling the go-to-market operations.
We’re looking for a Growth Operations Manager to own and optimise the systems, data, and processes that power our client's revenue engine.
This is an execution-first, operations-led role. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving the GTM infrastructure (CRM, outbound data, automations, and lifecycle workflows) ensuring everything runs cleanly, efficiently, and consistently.
You’ll step into a key role during a period of transition, with the opportunity to raise the bar on how the growth and sales operations function day to day.
What you'll do:
Growth & Revenue Operations
Own and manage the CRM, ensuring data integrity, segmentation, and pipeline accuracy
Build, maintain, and optimise automations, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows
Focus on “less but better” execution - improving and scaling what works rather than constantly changing direction
Outbound & Data Ownership
Own outbound data and list building using modern enrichment and workflow tools
Define and test targeting criteria (job titles, company profiles, buying signals)
Source, clean, and maintain high-quality contact data for sales outreach
Ensure sales lists are always relevant, segmented, and ready to use
Sales Enablement
Work closely with the sales team to understand pipeline needs and remove friction
Manage LinkedIn-based outbound tooling and workflows
Support the ongoing build and scaling of the sales function through strong operational foundations
Lifecycle & Nurture
Own lead lifecycle management from first touch to sales-ready
Build and optimise nurture flows for inbound leads and content engagement
Ensure correct segmentation, timely follow-up, and clear handoffs to sales
Reporting & Optimisation
Own quarterly reporting across pricing, pipeline, and segmentation
Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across GTM activity
Continuously review performance and optimise processes and workflows
Who you are:
Experience in Growth Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Operations (Manager or Senior Manager level)
Highly detail-oriented, with strong operational discipline
Confident working with CRM systems, outbound tooling, and automation platforms
Comfortable executing independently and owning systems end to end
Analytical and improvement-focused, with a bias toward optimisation over experimentation
Pragmatic, reliable, and consistent - focused on maintaining quality at scale
💸 Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 DOE
