We’re looking for an innovative and creative Marketing Manager to curate how their company is experienced by the world. As they expand across multiple geographies, you’ll be responsible for building a powerful global brand from the ground up. This is a pivotal role where your work will directly shape the company’s success. For the right candidate, this role carries the opportunity to grow into a company director position.
What you'll do:
- Develop and launch the company’s brand world, language, and visual identity.
- Establish brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Align marketing objectives with business goals to drive growth, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Build and manage annual marketing budgets for maximum impact and ROI.
- Grow and lead the marketing team, providing direction and support.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, content, and other channels.
- Select, manage, and collaborate with external partners including agencies, PR firms, and vendors.
Measures of success:
- Creation of a compelling brand identity and visual language.
- Effective implementation of marketing plans that raise awareness and drive growth.
- Delivery of key milestones contributing to visibility and reputation.
- Strong feedback from internal and external stakeholders on brand impact.
Who you are:
- Highly creative, with a genuine passion for impact and sustainability.
- Proven success in early-stage start-ups and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience in B2B marketing across multiple channels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end.
- Comfortable presenting to leadership teams and in public forums.
- Authentic, engaging, and self-starting.
- Able to disagree constructively and then commit.
- Confident without ego.
- Resilient and able to persevere when challenges arise.
- Excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful from an early stage.
💸 Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 DOE
🏡 Logistics: London (4 days per week in-office, with some travel to Cambridge)
