Wype is on a mission to modernise the outdated and stigmatised bottom care category, and we need someone who can turn heads while doing it.

This isn’t a classic social media manager role. It’s about generating momentum. Building hype. Owning the conversation. You’re not married to platforms; you’re married to attention. Whether it’s a viral sound, a spicy reel, a surprise stunt on the street, or a partnership no one saw coming, you know how to get people to stop scrolling and start talking.

This is a role for a creative self-starter with a bias for action, a finger on the pulse, and a scrappy, resourceful streak. You’ll have autonomy to experiment and execute fast. If you love culture, chaos, and crafting content that makes people laugh, share, and rethink their habits, you’ll thrive here.

What You'll Do:

📱 Run & Grow Our Socials
Own Wype’s day-to-day presence on Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. Plan and post content, spot trends early, and build a community that feels part of something bigger than just a brand.

🎥 Create Scroll-Stopping Content
Lead the full content creation process from ideas to filming and editing. Make content that feels native to each platform while staying unmistakably Wype.

🤝 Lead Influencer Relationships
Run our influencer programme. Find, gift and build authentic relationships with creators who “get” us across wellness, culture, humour, skincare, and beyond.

🚀 Support Campaigns & Partnerships

Work with the Head of Brand to bring brand-defining campaigns and collaborations to life. Turn bold ideas into moments people can’t ignore.

📊 Own the Numbers

Track, analyse and report on performance across socials and influencer activity. Share insights that shape future strategy.

Who You Are:

• A digital native who lives on socials and instinctively understands how culture, content and community connect.
• Around 3 years’ experience growing communities and running social and influencer campaigns, ideally for a fast-moving startup or brand.
• Creative and resourceful with a commercial edge. You know how to grab attention and turn it into growth.
• Hands-on with content, confident shooting and editing, and comfortable jumping on camera.
• Plugged into culture and performance driven. You spot trends early, track what works, and bring the energy without the ego.
