The Role: Growth Marketing Exec
Performance marketing has become a Brand Hackers core offering over the past 18 months, to the point that we are on the hunt for another Paid Media Executive/Growth Executive to support this growth.
This role will be focused on building out and executing paid ads campaigns for DTC brands across Google, Meta and TikTok predominately, with occasional campaigns on LinkedIn and Pinterest. Not only will you be setting these up but you’ll be responsible for all monitoring, optimising and reporting back to the client. There may also be some need for you to implement affiliate campaigns.
You will usually be working directly into the founders of each business, working either alongside their marketing teams or in some cases you will be their main marketing person.
This role will involve a good mix of strategic thinking alongside lots of execution and getting sh*t done so we are looking for someone capable of working at pace whilst keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
MUST HAVE: We're looking for a growth exec with experience in DTC brands and at least 6-12 months of working directly in Meta, Google or TikTok ad platforms - including setting up, optimising and reporting on ads.
About you
We're looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
Experience working within growth marketing
Experience working within Meta, Google & TikTok ad platforms
Experience working in fast paced, ideally startup environments
Experience managing clients or multiple stakeholders
An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for startup marketing
An ability to step out of the weeds and see the bigger picture
Excellent project management skills and the ability to move fast
Experience of working with DTC/e-commerce brands
💸 Salary: £29,000 - £36,000 DOE
🏡 Logistics: Roaming - WFH but you will be required to be in London at least once per month (we'll fund up to £100 travel per trip if coming from outside of London).
