We’re on a mission to transform chocolate from sugary junk food to a cacao-rich, nutrient-dense super bar. As one of the UK’s only bean-to-bar chocolate makers, we do things differently – with transparency, ethics, and purpose at our core. Our chocolate is made from scratch in our Cambridge factory, with ingredients sourced directly from farmers’ co-ops and packed with the power of real cacao.

Now, we’re looking for a Senior Brand & Marketing Manager to help us take Ombar to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to lead the charge in growing a challenger brand with purpose, creativity, and serious momentum.

What you'll do...

• Lead the brand’s growth strategy, bringing Ombar to a wider audience and disrupting the chocolate category
• Own and deliver marketing plans across digital, trade, PR, and social, with a hands-on approach
• Shape campaigns and tell our story with creativity, purpose, and flair
• Work closely with our founder, sales team, and external partners to drive commercial impact
• Manage packaging, website, content creators, influencers, and all things brand
• Lay the foundations to build your own in-house marketing team and step into a Head of Brand role

Who you are...

• You have proven experience in F&B brand marketing (ideally in challenger or start-up brands)
• A natural self-starter with a mix of strategic thinking and scrappy execution
• Commercially savvy, highly creative, and passionate about purpose
• Digital marketing expertise and budget management experience
• Based within commuting distance of Sawston, Cambridgeshire (weekly on-site)
• You are someone who lives and breathes people, planet, and purpose

💸 Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
