Our client is a dynamic personal care manufacturer and brand innovator, recently acquired by a leading European group. With an exciting new chapter ahead, they’re expanding into new markets and developing innovative models for growth – across owned brands and private label partnerships.
The business spans categories from tanning and haircare to body care, with a strong presence in UK retail and a growing international footprint. They’re all about agility, consumer understanding, and building value through commercial creativity.
We’re looking for a Strategic Growth Executive to join the Business Development team. You’ll work at the heart of cross-functional growth and optimisation projects, supporting initiatives that deliver meaningful EBIT gains and bring the commercial and innovation strategies to life.
From launching new propositions to enhancing how they win with retail partners, this role blends marketing insight, consumer understanding, and executional rigour. You’ll collaborate across teams and have exposure to senior leadership, this role is ideal for someone hungry to grow and ready to make an impact.
What you'll do...
- Support and lead project workstreams under the Head of Growth.
- Contribute to market expansion, customer acquisition, and promotional strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and the broader business to drive commercial value.
- Analyse performance, track ROI, and provide insight to guide decisions.
- Shape commercial activation for both branded and private label products.
- Act as a commercial “consult” across departments to ensure alignment and value creation.
- Be a hands-on team player who enjoys a challenge and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Who you are...
We’re open to different paths – this role is ideal for someone earlier in their career but ready for real responsibility. You’re curious, adaptable, commercially minded, and able to bring fresh energy to diverse projects.
- Experience in a marketing or commercial role (e.g. trade marketing, brand, eCom, retail, NPD).
- FMCG or personal care industry experience preferred.
- A strong commercial instinct and understanding of consumer behaviour.
- Confidence working across teams and influencing without authority.
- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- A background that could include frontline consumer experience, project delivery, or brand work.
💸 Salary: Up to £35,000
🏡 Logistics: Bracknell - 2 days a week in the office (Tuesdays and Thursdays preferred)
