What you'll do...
- Develop and execute the overall growth strategy to scale this DTC brand.
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team, leveraging both internal and external resources.
- Optimise website UX and conversion rates through continuous testing, iteration, and collaboration with agencies/freelancers.
- Manage and scale paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), identifying high-ROI opportunities and new growth channels.
- Work closely with the content team to produce high-performing creative assets for acquisition campaigns.
- Oversee email marketing performance, ensuring agencies deliver on database growth and revenue targets.
- Analyse key performance metrics using Triple Whale and GA4 to optimize campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
- Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI across all channels.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape the company’s growth trajectory and manage strategic agency partnerships.
- Continuously refine customer acquisition funnels, leveraging data insights to enhance user journeys and purchasing behavior.
