This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager (or a Senior Exec ready for a step up!). The candidate would lead the company's marketing efforts and would directly report to the CEO. This role offers flexibility for some remote work.


What you'll do...

• General Marketing/Brand Strategy
• Organic Socials management (Instagram/Tik Tok)
• Scheduling posts on all social media channels
• Content creation management
• Manage relationship with email marketing agency (Klavyio)
• Partnerships & events strategy and planning
• Brand partnerships (social, product collabs)
• Ideation and management of influencer partnerships
• Customer Support for D2C (initially - they're hiring for customer service staff!)

You'll have…

• Proven experience in marketing, ideally at a start-up or growth stage company
• Market Research and Data Analysis skills
• Social Media Management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ideally with experience in sales
• Strong project management and organisational skills
  

💸 Salary: £40,000 per annum
