We're looking for a Brand Exec or Manger who wants to kick-start their path to Head of Brand!
We’re looking for a creatively led brand manager to help our client level-up the quality of content they’re putting out in the world. They’ve got a great basis but to hit their targets they need someone to raise the bar.
We need someone who is comfortable to do a low-hi shoot at home, doing some quick edits in CapCut and pulling together an email newsletter.
Whilst organic is your main channel, the line between paid and organic is very blurred so you’ll also be working with the paid team to keep them fueled with high performing fresh content every week.
Our client believes AI is going to transform how people discover and shop products and they’re the first mover globally in this $2tn market. They are an ambitious team of marketers, creators, designers, analysts and coders split between offices in London, Berlin and Zoom. They're backed by top European & US VCs and angels who've previously worked or invested in businesses such as Deliveroo, Thread, Instacart, SuperAwesome and ASOS to name a few.
This role will evolve as the business grows but to give you a flavour here’s what you should expect to be working on:
You'll be…
- Raising the quality bar on all content
- Working with influencers and freelancers to create engaging content
- Working closely with the Performance team to build the roadmap of creative testing across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Supporting the implementation of the Content Strategy across Social and Email.
- Understanding the shoppers and sharing insights across the whole business.
- Using design tools to create assets to be used across paid marketing, email and the site/app.
- Putting a structure in place to allow for the expansion of a wider team in the future.
You are...
This role requires a diverse skill set but broadly you have:
- Experience in creating and scaling a flow of high quality content into a consumer brand
- Great understanding of what really makes a “brand”
- Experience working with designers, content creators and influencers
- You have a good grasp of A/B testing and get a kick out of getting a “Win”
- Experience in design and video editing (I.e. Canva and tools like Veed.io not necessarily Adobe suite)
- Experience working with Klaviyo would be a plus but not essential.
- You’re empathetic and understand what makes customer’s tic
- You’re ambitious and intently curious, you want to work across a broad set of marketing channels and disciplines
💸 Salary: £40-45k
