Key responsibilities:
As the Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll drive excellence and vision across our growth marketing pod, setting the standard for quality, creativity, and strategic thinking. You’ll take the lead on defining and delivering on growth strategies for our DTC brands, scaling customer acquisition, and driving revenue with a clear roadmap. This is a role for a senior growth expert with strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & vision
- Define the vision and roadmap for the growth marketing pod, creating an inspiring environment that fosters innovation and excellence.
- Set high standards for quality and establish clear processes and tools to ensure consistent output that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Strategic & campaign management
- Oversee the development of advanced growth strategies across the pod's brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and leading end-to-end implementation.
- Manage 2-3 priority brand accounts leading growth strategy and optimise performance campaigns across major platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring ongoing innovation, testing, and performance optimisation.
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients, presenting complex data and growth insights in a clear, actionable way to drive business growth.
Team leadership & development
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of specialists, ensuring a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Develop and coach team members in technical skills and project execution, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
- Provide support and troubleshooting across campaigns, sharing best practices and insights to refine and elevate the team’s work.
Commercial Leadership
- Take responsibility for the pod’s commercial growth, driving revenue through upselling and new business initiatives.
- Support the Commercial Director in sales processes, representing the growth pod in calls, refining pitch resources, and enhancing conversion effectiveness.
- Build your and Brand Hackers’ reputations through thought leadership, such as LinkedIn engagement, DTC community involvement, and industry presentations or webinars.
Your Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience delivering growth results for DTC brands, with a proven track record in customer acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, inform strategies, and communicate insights effectively
- Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally having managed a team of at least three, with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire team members
- Exceptional project management skills with a history of delivering complex campaigns on time and within budget
- Familiarity with growth marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and conversion optimization techniques
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in growth modeling, KPI setting, and budget management
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, startup environments, ideally within the FMCG sector (e.g., food/drink, homecare, personal care, pet care).
