Marketing Manager - The Creator Accelerator

Our client is an emerging brand with a strong focus on content-driven growth. They are a small but dynamic operation, looking to scale their latest product—an academy-style subscription service.
Their goals are: to reach 1,000 paid subscribers within 12 months.
To have 400 people go through the cohorts every year, 100 a quarter
To achieve this, they’re looking for a Marketing Manager to focus on powerful content, lead generation, funnel optimisation and marketing strategies.
You’ll be at the heart of the marketing strategy, responsible for designing, executing, and optimising marketing funnels that convert. This role is hands-on, requiring both strategic insight and implementation skills. You’ll be working closely with the Founder (Chris Donnelly), the sales team, designers, and content creators to ensure that every piece of content, every email flow, and every social media post drives them closer to the subscriber goal.
What you’ll do:
Funnel Management:
- Design and manage comprehensive marketing funnels to guide prospects through the buyer’s journey.
- Continuously analyse and optimise each funnel stage to improve conversion rates and overall ROI.
- Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies that turn prospects into loyal customers.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the funnel to enhance customer experience.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, etc.) to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective, measurable results.
Data Analytics:
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
- Use insights from data to make informed, strategic decisions and optimise marketing efforts.
- Utilise marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and CRM systems to segment audiences and personalise campaigns.
Customer Journey Mapping:
- Map the entire customer journey from awareness through post-purchase to optimise the user experience.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition from marketing to sales and onboarding.
Who you are:
- Experience in marketing with a focus on funnel management (preferably at an ecom brand), digital marketing, or performance marketing. Proven track record of managing and optimising marketing funnels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
💸 Salary: Up to £45k per annum
🏡 Logistics: London Bridge office - Tuesday & Thursday in the office
🌴 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
