We’re 4 years old and have grown from just 2 of us to 13 people with some case studies we’re really proud of and a bit of a reputation (even if we say so ourselves). Every year we’ve grown, but over the next few years we’re accelerating our ambitions and are levelling up our sales team.
The Sales Manager Role
This role will handle all our inbound sales enquiries and set up our outbound lead generation, collaborating a lot with the full team.
The Sales Manager will be building relationships with Founders who get in touch with us and project managing every interaction, from the first email to the end of their first happy month working with us.
Lead Generation & Engagement:
Proactively drive new leads through outbound efforts, ensuring a steady flow of prospects. Coordinate with the senior team to engage leads introduced by others in the team
Organising meetings::
Schedule and prepare for client calls, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepped.
Proposal Drafting:
Draft proposals based on initial client discussions, collaborating with other Brand Hackers for input.
Client Communication:
Serve as the main contact for client communications, managing queries and keeping everyone up to date.
Contract & Onboarding:
Prepare contracts, manage client queries, and set up invoicing and internal systems post-sign off.
Kick-Off & Project Support:
Assist with kick-off meetings and ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
We are looking for someone hands-on, who not only executes these tasks but also seeks to improve processes continuously.

💸 Salary: £35-40k
🏡 Logistics: This is a full time, remote based role, starting asap

We don’t need you to have had experience in a role like this at an agency. We value someone who wants to build something more than whether you’ve done the same job.

NB: Whilst this is a remote based role, we require that all of our team are available to be in London at least twice per month for team & client meetings.
