We already partner with leading London scaleups like Butternut Box, InPost, Trumpet, and FYXER. Now we’re looking for a Head of Growth & Marketing to build and run our next stage of growth.
The Role
We’re hiring a senior, hands-on growth leader to build our GTM engine from the ground up. You’ll manage everything from demand generation to campaigns, analytics, and revenue-focused workflows, reporting directly to the Founders.
This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, experimentation, and driving measurable results. You’ll be targeting London’s top scaleups and engaging with senior leaders (Founders, Chiefs of Staff, Heads of People, CFOs, COOs).
Important: You must have practical experience using automation tools like Clay, Zapier, or similar. We run a lean team, so comfort with basic automation and AI-driven workflows is essential.
What You’ll Do:
Pipeline & Growth
- Own the full GTM strategy - from planning to performance.
- Build a strong MQL pipeline across outbound, inbound, and partner channels.
- Use tools like Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and automation workflows to scale activity.
Campaigns
- Outbound: Build targeted outbound campaigns and ensure sales has high-quality leads.
- Inbound: Create and manage content-led inbound campaigns with freelancers and paid specialists.
- Database: Segment and manage our prospect database using HubSpot and Clay, and use automation to move leads through the funnel.
- Optimisation: Track, measure, and improve all campaigns.
Sales Enablement & RevOps
- Maintain CRM quality and automate repetitive sales tasks using tools like Zapier or Clay.
- Own outbound list building - source, clean, and verify contact data.
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver playbooks, content, and processes that help close deals faster.
Content & Brand
- Develop an ABM-focused content strategy.
- Drive visibility through PR, SEO, and standout storytelling.
- Turn client recommendations into case studies, testimonials, and sales assets.
Who You Are
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable owning KPIs.
- Obsessed with data and optimisation.
- Detail-oriented with high standards for output.
- Comfortable using automation tools (Clay, Zapier, etc.) to scale your workflow.
- Strong across both strategy and execution.
- Experienced in B2B growth and marketing.
Package & Benefits
💰 Salary: £60,000 to £72,000 DOE
